64 m3 welding habitat for complex job at NORNE-FPSO

StS has recently constructed a 64m3 (L:16W:2H:2) welding habitat on the NORNE FPSO, located in the Norse sea.

The hot work habitat was constructed by two of our experienced technicians so that welding work in connection with installing a new 15 metres long bumper-railing can commence without the need for shut-down. The welding habitat was constructed in two sections and its size allows several workers to be active with the job in hand simultanously, ensuring that the work is carried out as effectively as possible.
