Challenging welding habitats at Norne FPSO

Our field technicians are currently in the process of constructing several big sized hot work habitats at Norne FPSO (Statoil).

The task at hand is to facilitate hot work for the preparation of the replacement of cranes that will commence on Norne shortly.

The EPC work is being handled by Aker, while the welding habitats are provided by and operated by StS Habitat.
